You can track all your containers online from the Home Page-eBusiness - Container Tracking. For additionnal information, you can consult our guides.
What are the additional features provided under “Container Tracking” for registered customers?
Registered customers can use our advanced container tracking functionality which stores your previous searches, your favorite containers, and the containers for your whole company.
Can I save the container search result to my local computer?
Container search result can be exported to a PDF file by clicking on the ‘Export PDF’ option in the search results page.
How do I find the Terminal details in the Tracking History?
Terminal details can be retrieved only for US shipments by clicking on the icon next to the port name of container search result page.
If I need further information on my container status, whom should I contact?
If you have more queries on your container status please contact our eCustomer Support team by going to Homepage-Help-Contact support.
How do I find the approximate Transit time between ports?
From the Homepage-eBusiness-Schedules-Routing Finder, you can find the Transit, Cut Off, Arrival, and Departure times, as well as Service and Voyage information.
What Time zone is used in the Tracking screen?
The Tracking result page displays results in the local time of the respective location.
